Vykintas Zulonas is an Attorney-at-Law practicing in Klaipėda city. After gaining a Master’s Degree in law at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University in 2002, he returned to Klaipėda and began his way to Lithuanian Bar at the Law Firm “A. Šimkus, R. Šimkienė and Partners”. in 2006 he passed the Bar Exam, became a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association and started to work as Partner at the Law Firm “A. Šimkus, R. Šimkienė and Partners”. In 2024 Vykintas Zulonas started his own practice at the Law Firm of the Attorney-at-Law Vykintas Zulonas.

Attorney-at-Law Vykintas Zulonas has over 20 years of experience in the fields of litigation of civil and commercial cases, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, restructuring and management of impaired assets, risk and conflict management. Diligent investigation and analytical work, also the ability to give duly substantiated oral and written argumentation are his strongest points.

Vykintas Zulonas has participated in solving complicated large-scale legal disputes and is able to make professional strategic decisions in case execution and to find solutions out of complicated legal situations. Main areas of his specialisation – disputes between shareholders, corporate and M&A disputes, disputes in the fields of management liability, insolvency, cargo transportation, real estate and construction, also other commercial disputes.
